Google gives more weightage to the first three to five words in URL
It is advised to include the keyword in page Title starting, in URL, in Headline tags(h1,h2,h3..)
It is recommended to keep keyword density to and don’t get penalty because of keyword stuffing.

Optimize the images by reducing their size and use alt, title tag. Don’t forget to rename image file name and include your keyword in it. We observed in our experiments articles having relevant image have better engagement than the article which doesn’t include the image.
